Refund policy

Returns:

• 30-Day Window: You have 30 days from delivery to request a return on all merchandise.

• Return Shipping: Buyers are responsible for return shipping expenses.

• Restocking & Shipping Fees: Approved returns incur a 10% restocking fee, plus the original cost of shipping incurred by us.

• Item Condition: Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. We reserve the right to decline any return showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage—including cosmetic stains, deodorant marks, pet hair, or distinct odors/fragrances.

Exchanges:

• Size Swaps: Need a different size? You can return your item for a new size (subject to stock availability). Customers cover return shipping fees.

• Limits: Items may be exchanged once per order.

• Domestic Only: We do not offer international exchanges at this time.

• Price Differences: Any price variance between sizes will be invoiced prior to shipment.

Order Returned to Sender (RTS)

• Incorrect Addresses: If you entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately at 200degreeschannel@gmail.com.

• Handling RTS Items: If a package is returned due to an invalid address provided at checkout, we will reach out. At our discretion, we can either re-ship the package (at the customer's expense) or issue a refund minus a 10% restocking fee.

• Non-Response: If we do not hear back from you within 5 business days of reaching out, we will automatically issue a refund minus the 10% restocking fee.
